Delete your RMLive account

In the app

1. Open RMLive and go to Me.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.

Without the app

Sign in on the account deletion page and confirm. If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with your RMLive ID and the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, profile photo, bio, gender and country (your profile is shown as "Deleted user").
• Your email address and the link to your email, Google or Apple sign-in.
• Your posts and comments, followers and following lists, and notification devices.
• Your gem balance, store items and VIP packages. These cannot be restored or refunded.

What is kept

• Gem transaction, purchase, gift and withdrawal records, without your name or contact details, for as long as financial and tax law requires.
• Messages you already sent in chats stay visible to the people you sent them to, shown as from "Deleted user".
• Reports and moderation records needed to prevent abuse, for up to 1 year.

If you have a withdrawal waiting for review, deletion is available once it has been processed. Signing in again with the same email, Google or Apple account later creates a new, empty account.
